Warehouse Associate II – Second Shift
Schedule: Typically Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM.
Some weeks may shift to Tuesday–Friday based on production needs.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate II is responsible for safely moving, storing, and handling materials to support production and ensure inventory accuracy. This role performs a range of physical and operational tasks within the warehouse, requiring strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards. Associates may be assigned to support additional production areas as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Demonstrate full proficiency in all Warehouse Associate I responsibilities.

Competently perform the duties of at least one (1) additional production area upon request.

Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Move materials within the warehouse and assist with general warehouse support tasks.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; address issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

Conduct warehouse operations such as unloading, picking, packing, counting, staging, labeling, and verifying inventory.

Operate material-handling equipment—forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, hoists—following all safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and workflow requirements.

Immediately stop production and report any quality concerns to a lead or supervisor.

Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operations.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Ability to walk, stand, sit, hear, see, and speak for long periods; must be able to climb into and out of a forklift.

Exposure to allergens, including peanuts.

Work may involve temperature extremes and conditions stemming from open dock doors, such as outdoor elements, dust, dirt, fumes, and chemicals.

Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.

Required use of PPE, which may include respirators.

Must be able to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
