Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join the production team on night shift. This role is responsible for safely operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to produce high quality materials while maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.
Position Summary:
- Operate and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing of nonwoven materials
- Set up machines, load raw materials, and make adjustments as needed to maintain production quality
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications
- Accurately document production data, quality checks, and machine performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards
Payrate:
$21.00/hr
Work Schedule:
Rotating Shift
6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
