Mary Beth Gunerra - President

Mary Beth Gunerra is a proven leader focused on driving organizational excellence. With over 20 years of experience, she commands an extensive background in strategic sales, best-in-class delivery, and developing highly effective, diverse teams.

Mary Beth graduated with her BA in Business Administration from the University of Mount Union where she was an OAC Tennis Champion, member of the Women’s Basketball team, President of the American Marketing Association, and model for Ford Agency. Her leadership experiences in college set the foundation for her future; affording her opportunities to lead diverse individuals, the importance of sacrifice and commitment to process, how to win and lose with grace and poise, and the value of self-awareness and time management.

After college, she spent the majority of her career at a leading medical device company, Medtronic. There she was a top performer who helped transform the organization’s sales and coaching culture resulting in double-digit growth, sustained success, and the advancement of women in leadership roles.

Her tenacity and positive energy brought her to Nesco Resource as President in 2020, where she is spearheading the organization through its next phase of growth. Nesco is an award-winning, national workforce solutions company that provides temporary staffing, contract work, direct hire, vendor-on-premise and managed services to a variety of clients across the United States.

Mary Beth resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio with her husband of 16 years, Chad, and two amazing kids, CJ and Mila. As a family with two full-time working parents, she embraces the role of a co-provider for their family and strives daily to offer consistency, positivity, reason, and reliability. In her free time, Mary Beth enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, socializing with friends and family, coaching her kids in sports, and talking about fashion or fast cars.

Anastasia Fete - Vice President of Marketing

Anastasia Fete is a seasoned marketing professional with over 10 years of experience from non-profits to B2B marketing and now, the staffing industry. At Nesco, she leads a team of experts who are responsible for both enterprise marketing strategy and supporting local markets. Driven by a passion for data and technology, she takes pride in using content and branding to create revenue-driven marketing strategies.

Anastasia graduated with a dual BA in Cognitive Science and International Studies from Case Western Reserve University. She resides in Stow, Ohio with her fiancé, Brian, and dog, Dobby. She enjoys cooking, volunteering, spending time with family, and playing games with friends. She’s traveled extensively, including spending a summer living in Buenos Aires.

Terri Ford - Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Corporate Responsibility

Terri Ford is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Corporate Responsibility at Nesco Resource. Terri is responsible for developing strategic initiatives to deepen the organization’s commitment to DEI within the workplace.

Terri joined Nesco as a Corporate Recruiter and recently worked with Nesco’s medical division, Home Care by Callos, as a Recruitment Development Manager. A consistent champion for advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Terri launched Nesco’s employee-driven DEI committee, Nesco Forward, a group that over the past year implemented Employee Resource Groups, a Quarterly Book Club, and Inclusive Leadership Training.

Before joining Nesco Resource, Terri was Director of Sales & Operations at a minority-owned staffing agency where she managed both the company’s business development and recruiting efforts. Terri received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications from The Ohio State University.

Paul L. Harold, CPA, CIA, MBA - Chief Financial Officer

Paul Harold has been the Chief Financial Officer of Nesco Resource for over 25 years. Paul oversees the financial operations and reporting for the organization.

Prior to joining Nesco Resource, Paul was the Controller of Bankers Financial Corp. Before that, Paul was Internal Audit Manager for a fortune 500 company, and prior to that his career with Ernst & Young, CPA’s.

Paul holds a BS in Accounting from University of South Florida and an MBA from University of Tampa.

Heath Luikart - Vice President of Operations

His work has spanned all facets of the industry including full organizational operations, sales, recruitment, enterprise delivery, enterprise solutions, market positioning, consultants, and contract management. Today Heath supports our clients, candidates, and internal customers nationwide. Heath believes it is critical for success to understand business drivers, while building trust and respect among leaders, peers and clients resulting in continuous advances.

Throughout his career he has proven success in change management through motivating high-performing teams in delivering strategies, initiatives, and goals.

Kristie Moon - Executive Vice President, Commercial Division
Kristie has over 15 years of progressive experience in the staffing industry all with Nesco Resource. Kristie has worked as successful a recruiter, sales leader, market leader and into the executive levels for both the Commercial and Professional lines of business at Nesco Resource. Kristie loves working with her teams, developing leaders, training and mentoring. Today she drives new process implementations and change management across the organization listening closely to the needs of the field, customers and associates alike. Her sincere goal is to make Nesco Resource an employer and partner of choice known for quality, ethics and consistency.
Tom Quail - Senior Vice President of Risk & Safety and Corporate Counsel

Tom drives Nesco Resource’s strategy around keeping our associates and staff working safely and productively. Tom is also tasked with addressing all legal matters within Nesco Resource, which includes partnering with our clients to achieve mutually beneficial contract terms. Tom has served in these roles since 2016 and is supported by a highly effective team of Risk professionals and Injury counselors.

Tom graduated from Marquette University with a BA in History and completed his JD at Seattle University. Tom enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering in his community.

Darin Siley - Vice President People Development & Human Resources

Darin Siley has over 15-years of experience in Human Resources and People Development and is energized by opportunities to cultivate and align diverse and inclusive human systems around a common purpose. Working with an extraordinary team, Darin is responsible for integrating Nesco’s talent development and workforce planning strategy while leading the organization's Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Human Resources functions. He proudly serves as executive sponsor for Nesco’s DE&I committee, Nesco Forward.

Darin holds masters degrees in Positive Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University and Public Administration from The University of Akron, and a BA in History from The Ohio State University. He also holds certifications in Leadership Development, Appreciative Inquiry, and Human Resources. Darin resides in the Cleveland area, where he and his large extended family take advantage of the countless cultural and outdoor activities Northeast Ohio offers.

Donna Snyder - Vice President Organizational Effectiveness
Donna is a Talent Leader with over twenty years of talent acquisition and assessment experience. Her background spans a unique blend of agency staffing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, consulting, executive and corporate search, with demonstrated success in delivering sustainable strategies for acquiring and retaining talent. Experience spans multiple industries including Staffing, Health Care, Technology & Consulting, Engineering, Design, E-Commerce, Distribution and Manufacturing. Donna is also a certified 360 and Hogan Assessment leadership coach and is passionate about helping others develop their full potential.
Chris Thunell - Executive Vice President, Professional Division

Chris Thunell has over 22 years of extensive leadership experience ranging across a wide spectrum of industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, Financial, Aerospace, and DoD. Chris’s focus from 2000-2014 had been building and optimizing high performing teams in the IT Services sector with one of the largest IT Service organizations in North America.

With a focus on building leaders from within and developing a culture of team oriented, capable, and highly accountable leaders; Chris has developed a successful career of growing market share and revenues. His experience of building and leading multiple operations has expanded across North America to include Cleveland, Toronto, and St. Louis.

In Chris’s first year in Cleveland, OH he led a rebuilding effort of the team and market which accounted for substantial YOY growth. While in Toronto Chris was asked to rebuild the team and capture market share across multiple industries. Over a 5 year period in St. Louis Chris led a team that was consistently in the top 10 organizationally and became the largest IT Staffing company in the St. Louis region 5 years in a row based on revenue and market share.

In 2014 Chris made a career decision to leave TEKsystems and start his own company, MACS Management. MACS is a Management and Leadership consulting organization focused on helping organizations with transformational change leadership/management and helping organizations gain operational efficiencies while preserving their culture. From 2014- 2020 Chris had been consulting with a Fortune 500 organization providing leadership coaching and management consulting.

Currently Chris is an Executive Vice President for Nesco Resource.

Chris has a strong passion for coaching and developing people. This passion is rooted in a long and successful athletic career in which he was exposed to some of the best leaders in the coaching field. Chris was able to transition this to the business world and develop a style of leadership that focuses on knowing what the TEAM needs to win.

Chris is married with four children. He is very active in his church, an avid outdoorsman, and active with athletics.
