Overview:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Biologics Production Technicians to support daily operations within our Biologics Production facility. This role is available across multiple levels (1–5), depending on experience and skill set. The Production Technician will play a key part in preparing essential materials, maintaining inventory, and operating equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and formulate buffers and solutions following established procedures.

Stock, organize, and replenish production supplies to ensure continuous workflow.

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to SOPs and GMP guidelines.

Maintain accurate documentation of production activities.

Assist with general facility upkeep to support a clean and compliant work environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience in a production, laboratory, or manufacturing environment preferred (level based).

Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy in documentation.

Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and regulated procedures.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.
