About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Software Engineer to help shape the future of defense technology. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of innovative software solutions across cutting-edge defense projects. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, developers, and external collaborators to design, build, and deliver high-impact products from concept through deployment.

What You’ll Do:

Develop, test, and deliver high-quality software solutions, both independently and as part of a team

Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to support defense-related software initiatives

Contribute to solution architecture and technical design discussions

Participate in requirements gathering and help define scalable, maintainable solutions

Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and agile development best practices

Stay current with new technologies, tools, and trends to continually improve software products

Work with remote partners and internal teams to align on project goals and technical direction

Support continuous improvement efforts around team workflows, toolsets, and delivery methods
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)

5 years of hands-on software development experience

Strong coding skills in one or more of the following: Python, C , Java, .NET

Experience with CI/CD, version control systems, and unit testing frameworks

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced, prototype-driven environments

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
-
Experience in defense, aerospace, or government projects is a bonus—but not required
-
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly
