Serves as the primary customer contact providing front-line customer service, including but not limited to scheduling on-site QA inspections for a variety of Smart Energy efficiency programs out of the company's office in Richmond, VA. You will serve in a critical role in the QA department while communicating with other departments such as Rebate Processing and Field Delivery to drive enrollment activity and resolve customer issues.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
