- Project Management: Independently manage projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining clear communication on scope changes, design decisions, cost updates, and project status.
- Compliance and Quality: Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local code standards, ensuring all projects comply with applicable regulations. Conduct field inspections and verify conditions to maintain high-quality standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to enhance productivity and ensure precise results. Experience in health facilities, such as hospitals and walk-in clinics, is a major plus.
- Innovation and Value: Produce innovative design solutions and make sound value judgments to deliver exceptional architectural outcomes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage shared project files, coordinate work across multiple states and locations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication to maintain clear and prompt updates with project teams.
- Experience: Previous experience in health facility projects is highly desirable.
