Base Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and Executives.
- Oversee subcontractor and owner billing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, invoices, lien waivers, and compliance records.
- Assist in project setup, including gathering contract documents, setting up subcontractors, and tracking insurance requirements.
- Coordinate project closeout activities, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and organized.
- Process change orders and assist with the submission and tracking of RFIs and submittals.
- Facilitate project meetings, including preparing materials, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Procore preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Notary Public certification is a plus.
