Maintenance Technician
Location: Orrville, OH
Pay Range: $25/hour or more based on experience
Hours: 1st shift 6am-230pm, 2nd shift 3pm-1130pm, 3rd shift 10:30pm-7am, availability to work OT required

What You'll Do:
- Install, maintain, repair, and dismantle industrial equipment
- Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Troubleshoot and repair:
- Conveyors
- Compressors
- Valves
- Seals
- Use basic maintenance skills for mechanical tasks
- Assist with equipment upgrades and preventative maintenance
- Electrical work
- Collaborate with the maintenance and operations team to minimize downtime
- Stay safe and follow all company safety procedures
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Comfortable with mechanical installation and repairs
- 3-5 years Previous experience performing maintenance on Industrial machinery
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Eagerness to learn new skills and grow in your trade
- Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
