ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Supervisor

  • Support and Ingrain Company Core Values, Core Focus, and Three Uniques
  • Hire, Train, Coach, and Guide After Sales Team
  • Conduct Quarterly Conversations and Annual Reviews
  • Manage Staffing Schedules
  • Work with After Sales and Outside Sales Team to Investigate and Resolve Escalated Issues
  • Create and Maintain Departmental Processes and SOPs
  • Oversee Quality Control
  • Reporting
  • Special Project as Needed

Technical Support

  • Provide Appliance Technical Support for Homeowners, Dealers, Service Providers, Customer Service and Outside Sales
  • Parts Support
  • Dispatch and Follow Up on Service Authorizations
  • Manage Service Logs
  • Create, Distribute, and Assign Service Request Forms
  • Locate New Service Providers as Needed
  • Maintain and add Servicer Account Information

Backup Support

  • After Sales Team
  • Customer Experience Manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a Supervisor role, preferably with Appliance Warranty Support. Refrigeration knowledge is a plus.
  • An Associate Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Must be able to prioritize workload in an organized fashion.
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel and Word.
