The NS200 is a mesh welding system designed to produce high-quality welded mesh with excellent performance. Depending on the specifications, the cross wires are fed either as single or double wires, using a special transport and oscillating gripper at the electrode level. The mesh is pulled through using a rubberized 3-roller system located behind the welding area, allowing for smooth and continuous mesh production with precise divisions.
Responsibilities
- Wire Feed Operation: Line and feed cross wire from spools, coils, and reels to ensure continuous production of fence mesh.
- Gripper Management: Transport and manage grippers for the cross wire draw-off, ensuring smooth operation through oscillating grippers for transporting wire into the electrode level.
- Mesh Advancement: Control mesh advancement using a rubberized 3-roller system for high precision and accurate production of fence materials.
- Trimming and Separation: Operate rotating shears to trim and separate the wire mesh into various strips as required for production.
- Coiling: Utilize coiler with expansion mandrel and integrated shears for the efficient coiling of wire mesh.
- Intermediate Storage Management: Manage intermediate storage systems to ensure continuous production during the exchange of rollers.
- Welding Operation: Operate oscillating welding traverse with pneumatically adjustable welding presses to secure high-quality mesh.
- Welding Control: Monitor and control the welding current to ensure precise and stable welds, contributing to the high durability and resistance of welded knots.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime and maintain consistent production quality.
- Quality Control: Ensure welded mesh meets quality standards, with a focus on uniform knot stability and strength.
