General responsibilities would include:
- Work closely with customers on any inquires and ensure proper resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve product support concerns
- Maintain proper documentation for both internal and external use
- Maintain daily scheduling queues
- Expected to be a contributing force in the creation and/or continuous improvement of standard work procedures
- Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
- Experience utilizing MS Office software including proficiency in Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
