CNC Machinist
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate special-purpose equipment, conventional (lathe and/or mill), and machining centers for fabricating metallic and non-metallic parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Start and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, adjusting machine controls as needed.
- Perform quality assurance checks to meet manufacturing and ISO standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for technical guidance and troubleshooting.
- Adhere to and document compliance with internal HSE policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5 years' experience in CNC machining, including Mill and Lathe operations.
- Knowledge of tooling, multi-axis, and multi-tool processes preferred.
- Proficiency with measuring tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and technical documents.
