Excellent opportunity for a customer service specialist with experience in business to business customer service! Work with a global organization that values work/life balance. This is a hybrid role that involves working from home two days/week (Mon,Fri) and in the Warren, NJ office three days/week (Tu,W,Th).
8:30am-5:30pm or 8:30pm-5pm.

*This is a contract role for 12 weeks. Potential for full time hire upon completion of the contract*

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist role

  • Work with customers on tracking and order entry, patient interaction and pharmacovigilance matters, and overall responsiveness to customer questions and requests.
  • Interact with Supply Chain, related to product availability and timing.
  • Ensure customer feedback is routed to the proper department timely with appropriate responses and act as main point of phone contact for all incoming phone calls.
  • Support the company's Customer Service functions not managed by UPS, and interact directly with the UPS transport and warehouse teams to support each customer.
  • Work with the Manager of Customer Service to rekey  orders for immediate processing.
  • Support communication and data requirements distributed between colleagues.
  • Support customer & patient communication on product & order questions.
  • Reply to customer emails and phone calls regarding product availability, pharmacovigilance protocols. Tracking, and order entry.
  • Support the head of Customer Service with tasks from the daily orders above the allocation process
  • Collaborate with customer procurement departments and sales team to determine proper communication back to customers.
  • Work with the sales team to help prepare for customer meetings and trade shows.

Requirements
  • A BS degree, preferably in business or marketing emphasis is preferred along with 1 years of experience in business to business customer service 
  • SAP experience is a big plus
  • Excel experience a must (pivot tables and v-lookup)
  • Generic pharmaceutical experience is a big plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation development is essential.
$28-$33/hr
