The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department. The primary focus will be on recruitment and staffing to meet the demands of a high-volume, high growth work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage job requisitions as posted in the Vendor Management System (VMS): coordinate with requisition owners regarding resume review, interview scheduling, feedback and disposition of candidates in the system. Ensure that internal requirements are met regarding candidate management.
Function as primary contact for VMS team regarding vendor concerns, questions and updates. Keep Supervisors and HR team informed of issues that may arise.
Maintain daily requisition reports, providing information relevant to candidates and process status (in background, interview or resume review).
Provide start information for candidates who have cleared the background, and coordinate orientation process. Provide e-mail confirmation of planned starters.
Assist with new hire onboarding as required: prepare documentation/orientation packages. Conduct orientation as needed. Follow up on missing documentation post-orientation.
Track contingent worker attendance. Address concerns with Supervisors and/or vendors as needed.
Provide various analyses as requested.
Respond to general employee inquiries. Escalate concerns as needed.
Support/assist with employee engagement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

Knowledge and Skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet specific, time-sensitive deadlines.
Comfort with high-volume workload.
Strong internal and external customer service focus.
Solid presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficient in MS Office suite of products, and HR systems. Adaptable to new/different technologies.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle a variety of situations with tact, courtesy and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications / Education and Experience
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.
Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
While performing the duties of this position, may ne required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
