The HR Manager will lead organization-wide efforts to develop marketable and sustainable benefit and compensation plans while also serving as a business partner for a group of teams. This will include establishing policy and procedures, employee relations, training and development, strategic planning, and compliance,
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required;
- A minimum of seven years progressive Human Resources experience;
- Experience with benefits and compensation administration; including benchmarking
- PHR or SPHR Certification desirable;
- Willingness to be very hands on with process implementation and development
