Project Analyst – Shared Services (OneStream Implementation)

Scope of Position

The Project Analyst will support the *** Shared Services organization by participating in the OneStream Implementation project. Primary responsibilities include data reconciliation during the OneStream Data Reconciliation phase, requiring a 2–3 month commitment. The analyst may also support additional projects depending on the project portfolio and business needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

OneStream Data Reconciliation & Validation

• Perform data reconciliation across multiple systems, including SAP, PeopleSoft, and Central Finance.

• Reconcile data at various levels: account, entity, product, and department, in both functional currency and USD.

• Conduct reconciliations using Microsoft Excel and PDF-based reports.

• Document and catalogue all reconciliation work in SharePoint Online following established standards.

Work Environment & Logistics

• Travel: No travel required.

• On-Site Requirement: 50–75% on-site presence expected with core project team.

• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Occasional extended hours or weekends based on project deadlines or phase requirements.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on Finance or Shared Services projects.

Required Skills

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).

• Strong Excel skills are essential.

• Strong accounting background.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Functional understanding of SAP and/or PeopleSoft financial systems.

• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through capabilities.

Desired Skills

• Deep understanding of Shared Services processes through experience in deployment or integration projects.

• Exposure to process improvement recommendations and risk escalation.
