Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely operating forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials, while also helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and greenhouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load/unload inbound and outbound shipments; stack and store products in designated areas.

• Support packing lines with correct produce from inventory.

• Transfer compost/garbage to outside bins; keep work areas clean and clear of debris.

• Conduct daily forklift inspections and perform minor maintenance.

• Ensure FIFO practices, inventory accuracy, and proper recordkeeping.

• Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness; assist in greenhouse cleanout when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift training/certification.

• 1 years of forklift operating experience required.

• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.

• Able to follow Occupational Health & Safety regulations.

• Good communication and listening skills.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Ability to sit, climb in/out of forklift for 8–15 hours per shift.

• Work may take place in hot or cooled warehouse conditions.

• Collaborative team environment with diverse cultural backgrounds.
