Primary responsibilities for this role would include:
- Input and batch all accounts payable invoices
- Process adjoining journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Performs research and maintains records of all problem accounts payable vendor invoices.
- Processes ACH/Manual checks with necessary supporting documentation.
- Reviews and resolves issues related to received goods not invoiced (unvouchered AP) items listing.
- Reconciles Inter-company invoices in Accounts Payable to amounts "cleared” as a part of month end procedures
- Bachelors or Associate Degree in Accounting or related field required
- 2 years of Accounts payable processing experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong computer aptitude and proficiency, including solid Excel skills.
- Strong communicative and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
