Nesco Resource is partnering with a local client here in Williamsport, PA. We are searching for a Part Time Administrative and Accounting Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including deposits and joint check processing
- Oversee job costing and track boot/safety glass reimbursements
- Process weekly payroll and payroll taxes
- Prepare and notarize certified payroll documentations
- File sales tax and prepare payroll tax returns (1099's, W-2's)
- Quarterly and End of Year reports
- Compliance Documents
- High School Diploma required
- Experience in Payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative work
- Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Notary Certification is a plus
Hours: Day Shift. 15-25 hours per week
Pay: $17-$18/hr depending on experience
