Field Service Tech
Mon - Fri 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (or later)
- Investigate condition of windows, screens, sliding glass doors
- Determine if product needs to be repaired or replaced
- With high level of customer service, recommend repairs/replacements to client as needed
- Repair and/or replace windows, screens and sliding glass doors
- Use basic tools to complete tasks
- Utilize tablet to document repairs, obtain signatures, etc
- Familiarity with window repair or construction very beneficial
- Must be skilled with standard hand & power tools, willing to learn new skills
- Must have safe driving record
- Will drive company vehicle to/from job site
- Plan your day accordingly, to be efficient, meet goals & satisfy clients
- Follow all safety procedures and policies at all times
- Prior field service experience highly preferred
- Prior construction experience highly preferred
