Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, technical sales experience, and a passion for building customer relationships in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing product information, quotes, and order support.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding industrial hose, gasket, and related products.
- Enter sales and purchase orders accurately into the system and maintain up-to-date contract files.
- Source and quote custom or non-standard solutions based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
- Resolve delivery and order issues promptly and professionally.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in the industrial hose and gasket industry preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
