Perform technical operations related to producing knitwear

Develop production plans for knitwear products

Conduct quality control tests to ensure fabric quality

• Calculate fabric weight and adjust it as per the requirement

Assist in selecting fibers, yarns, and fabrics for the production

• Troubleshoot equipment problems

• Track manufacturing costs and ensure cost effectiveness

• Recommend changes and improvements in production process and product designs
-
• Manage the inventory of knitted goods
-
• Maintain records of production and test results
-
Knowledge in Warp Knitting (Karl Mayer machines is a plus).

Complete PMS and routine maintenance on machines

Change pattern wheels
