Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources Operational Services Team. In this hybrid role, you will provide transactional support, data maintenance, and project coordination for HR operations across the U.S. and Canada, with collaboration extending to global partners. This position requires expertise in HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors, and a strong commitment to process improvement, data accuracy, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:

Support HR initiatives, projects, and services including acquisitions, divestitures, and cross-functional HR efforts.

Serve as project lead for HR system enhancements and functional improvements; drive training, implementation, and communication.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners, COEs, IT, Finance, and others to manage workstreams and deliver results.

Accurately process HR transactions in SuccessFactors and other systems (onboarding, separations, verifications, unemployment claims, etc.).

Maintain employee records in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Respond to HR tickets, emails, escalations, and inquiries in accordance with service-level expectations.

Conduct employee data loads and mass imports in coordination with HR IT.

Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities; document and support approved implementations.

Generate and update employment-related documentation; maintain strict confidentiality.

Partner with HR peers to drive positive outcomes in data, process, and system improvements.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or related field.

Proficient in SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.

Strong Excel skills required (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); PowerPoint proficiency.

Experience leading or supporting HR projects.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
