Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable General Laborers! This position involves inspecting products for quality before shipping to ensure the highest standards are met. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and willing to pitch in wherever needed to help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect containers for any signs of leakage or damage before shipping.

• If a container is leaking, dispose of it properly in the designated waste bin.

• For non-leaking containers, repack approved products into boxes for safe shipment.

• Palletize the final packed goods for delivery to customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Must wear slip-resistant steel-toe shoes for safety.

• Ability to remain flexible and assist in other areas of the production line as required.

• Excellent attendance is crucial for the success of the team.

• The role involves standing for extended periods while performing tasks at mid-calf to mid-chest height.

• You will be required to apply one-handed pulling pressure (approximately 20 lbs).

• Minimal walking, bending, twisting, and stooping. No climbing, squatting, or kneeling required.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect products efficiently.

• Ability to maintain a steady pace in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to adjust to different tasks as needed.
