Requirements: 6 months of selection experience & 6 months of food distribution experience.
Responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling products using RF label technology, palletizing products as they are selected to build customer orders, and delivering products to the dock in a safe and efficient manner. Hand selects orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer. Operates assigned RF unit to create labels, correctly places labels on products, stacks products on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures (e.g., no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.), stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations, stretch-wraps products on loading dock, maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment, including but not limited to pallet jack, RF unit, and personal protective equipment, and performs pre and post-trip inspections of equipment. This position requires working until all products are accurately selected and loaded, including potential overtime on holidays and weekends.

Basic Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as it relates to the job and safety requirements.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Adequate physical fitness.
Additional Information
- Work Environment: Environments range from hot to frozen. Responsibilities include safely selecting orders accurately while maintaining production.
- Technical Skills: Ride-on pallet jack and previous selection experience are required. Food distribution selector and pallet jack experience are preferred.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work in a team environment, integrity to do the right thing.
- Education: High School/GED required.
- Experience: 6 months in food distribution selection.
- Work Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 5 pm to completion.
- Location: 800 Fiber Optic Dr, North Little Rock, AR 72117.
- Training: 1 week provided.
- Interview Process: In-person, with one interviewer.
- Contract Length: 90 days with an opportunity for temp-to-hire.
