Production Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to a Engineering manager and working with the Production, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics Managers
- Plan, manage, and oversee elements of production in the company
- Create Production files including drawings, manual instructions, ATP, ATR, etc.
- Create and manage BOM for multiple programs.
- Design and implement cost-reductive changes
- Design Jigs and fixtures
- Participate in the assemblies and testing.
- Provide data to the management for the quotations.
- Provide guidance to the technicians.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (preferably 3 years' experience)
- Experience with CAD system (preferably Solidworks or Solid Edge)
- Ability to understand the drawings and the specifications
- Ability to work in metric and imperial systems
- Deep Knowledge of a manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, coatings, assemblies, etc.)
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is an advantage
- Experience with PCB, cables, connectors and electronics is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with ERP is an advantage.
