A Petroleum Service company in Houston is looking for a Core analyst I to join an ever growing team. Located in Houston, the right candidate will be analyzing and perform laboratory testing for petroleum sites. The Core Analyst will be interoperating scientist data and reporting results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Recording operating data from laboratory equipment including flow pumps, pressure transducers and gauges, scales and balances, resistivity monitors, and basic laboratory glassware.
- Working independently on projects while maintaining a team atmosphere with other technicians.
- Communicating data and results with supervisors and clients in a clear manner.
- Researches the formation, dissolution, and content of rock layers.
This is an onsite location in a Laboratory in northwest area of Houston. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
