Job Summary
The Production Manufacturing Clerk manages the flow of information and materials throughout the production and logistics lifecycle. Using SAP , they track orders and inventory accuracy while serving as a primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing logistics .
Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Shipment Preparation: Coordinate the shipping and receiving of all materials, parts, and finished goods. This includes:
  • SAP Data Management: Execute daily production order confirmations and shipment transactions to record material movements and completed quantities.
  • Pallet & Label Creation: Generate and verify pallet tags and labels to ensure all goods are correctly identified by part number , batch, and quantity.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor the status of active production orders to identify delays, ensure material availability, and provide real-time updates.
  • Scrap & Defect Reporting: Track and record scrap and rejected materials in SAP to maintain precise inventory levels and support cost analysis.
  • Inventory Control: Verify part numbers against Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure correct raw material consumption and record any discrepancies found during receiving.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift packages and stand for extended periods during shipment inspections.
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in documenting weights, charges , and part numbers.
