Feeder/Finisher Worker
Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting packaging operations by feeding, packing, and handling cartons in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining production flow, quality standards, and overall plant efficiency. Temp to Perm position.
- Feed cartons onto conveyor belts and pack finished products using automatic packers or by hand
- Perform bulk-pack, break-away, and case-pack functions as required
- Operate shrink tunnel and robotic packaging equipment
- Transport materials using a pallet jack in designated areas (no forklift traffic)
- Assist in flat pack and sorting operations as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards
- Follow all company core values, safety policies, and operational procedures
- Support plant initiatives and production goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned by department leadership
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production environments preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
Hours: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. - Work 4 days / Off 4 days
