Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Oberlin, OH
Pay: $18–$24/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to join our team in Oberlin, OH. In this role, you’ll help ensure products meet the highest standards for quality, performance, and customer expectations.This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in inspection, calibration, and quality systems who wants to grow their career in a stable, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
- Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.)
- Lead or support calibration activities and measurement system verification
- Identify and document non-conformances and assist with corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records for inspections, rework, and scrap
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
- Support PPAPs, First Article Inspections (FAI), and work instruction development
- Assist with internal and supplier audits
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of quality assurance or inspection experience
- Working knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand GD&T
- Experience with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
