Nesco Resource is looking to hire Forklift Operators in the Lakeland, FL area for a 1st and 2nd shift. These are 12 hr shift son rotating days including weekends. Schedule for 1st is 6:40 am to 7:00 pm and for 2nd shift is 6:40 pm to 7:00 am . The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience operating Sit-Sown Forklift and stand-up, propane and electric forklifts, RF Scanner experience, and possess computer skills. Job Functions:
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift
- Load and unload trucks and stock, and move materials from one location to another
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that each load is delivered to the correct destination
- Stack and move pallets of goods, and stack empty pallets to maximize space in the warehouse
- Inspect machinery regularly to ensure it is in good condition and meets safety compliance standards
- Prior sit-down forklift experience REQUIRED
- Ability to use an RF Scanner is required
- Must have steel-toe boots above the ankle
- Safety oriented
- Basic computer knowledge
***Payrate $19.00 an hour
