Position Summary
The Titles Coordinator will support the Fleet Operations team as part of the Title Management project, assisting with the transfer, collection, and secure handling of rolling stock titles at the corporate office in West Creek. This role functions as a key support position within the Fleet department, ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and tracking of all title-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Title Management project by assisting with the transfer and collection of rolling stock titles

Receive, reconcile, and verify title documents for accuracy and completeness

Scan, upload, and securely store title documentation in designated systems

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all title transactions

Ensure proper handling, tracking, and security of sensitive title documents

Collaborate with Fleet Operations team members to support project execution and deadlines
