Job Summary
The Yard Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all yard operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures accurate receiving, labeling, staging, shipping, and inventory tracking of vehicles while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient yard across both day and night operations.
Shift: Split Rotating Schedule

Friday – Saturday (Days): 6:45 AM – 4:45 PM

Sunday – Monday (Nights): 6:45 PM – 4:45 AM
Pay Rate: $24.36/hour
Job Duties

Receive all vehicles entering the yard

Properly label all incoming vehicles

Correctly stage vehicles according to destination

Send out Vehicle Inventory lists at required times throughout the shift

Report any incoming vehicle damage to the direct Supervisor

Coordinate shipping of vehicles offsite for repairs

Flag and stage miss-shipped vehicles according to company procedures

Communicate with logistics companies regarding vehicle deliveries

Perform monthly inventory comparisons

Track damaged units and process them per company guidelines

Check and monitor the status of vehicles

Accurately report the number of vehicles shipped and received

Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient yard while adhering to all safety and driving rules

Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

Ability to work outdoors year-round in a fast-paced environment

Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Excel)

Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead a team of three employees

Valid driver's license required
