Job Title: Sourcing Specialist – Lead Generation

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sourcing Specialist to support our growth by identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads. This role focuses on researching target markets, building prospect lists, and supporting sales and business development teams through consistent and accurate lead sourcing and sits in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential leads using online databases, social platforms, CRM tools, and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain accurate lead lists aligned with ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as industry, company size, role, and buying intent
• Conduct outbound sourcing activities including email research, LinkedIn sourcing, Indeed Sourcing and data enrichment
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and targets
• Maintain and update CRM systems with clean, organized, and up-to-date lead information
• Track sourcing metrics such as lead volume, quality, and conversion rates
• Stay current with sourcing tools, market trends, and competitive landscapes
• Be able to provide market research on our competition and track competitive data throughout the year
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in lead generation, sourcing, sales support, or market research
• Experience sourcing for sales candidates preferred
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Phenom a plus) and lead generation tools
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and data sourcing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience sourcing for sales candidates highly preferred
• Experience in B2B lead generation
• Familiarity with email outreach tools and marketing automation platforms
• Experience sourcing in food distribution a plus
• Understanding of sales funnels and buyer journeys
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
