Innovative corporation in the Capital Region is looking for a talented engineering professional to help leads its ISO certification. This exciting company is growing and is taking on a more diverse and sophisticated client base which has led them to pursue an ISO certification. Some of the general responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Lead the ISO 9001 certification
- Plan and perform internal process audits
- Facilitate training related to quality and develop training material as required.
- Develop work procedures to improve quality goals and eliminate waste for the site
- Assist operations and engineering with defining appropriate manufacturing processes & procedures
Ideal candidate profile should include:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- 2 years of engineering experience with significant exposure to quality
- ISO9001 compliance and audit experience preferred
- Excellent communicative and organizational skills
