Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting the growth of the Engineering and/or Information Technology teams by managing full-cycle recruiting and driving strategic hiring initiatives. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies, improve processes, and ensure the successful hiring of high-impact technical talent. The ideal candidate is innovative, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned Engineering and/or IT requisitions.

  • Play a key role in expanding Talent Acquisition capabilities through strong relationships, process improvements, and effective use of technology.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to develop recruiting strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Demonstrate proven success hiring talent for critical Engineering and/or IT functions.

  • Contribute to a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and best practices within the TA and HR teams.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the candidate experience and overall TA effectiveness.

  • Approach daily responsibilities with a strong sense of ethics, ownership, accountability, and professionalism.

  • Build programs that support business objectives through a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

  • Utilize data, metrics, and hiring trends to inform decision-making and drive recruiting outcomes.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience at a regional or national level, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Experience with high-volume recruiting across multiple functions.

  • Strong background recruiting for mechanical, electrical, firmware engineering, project management, and product management roles (highly preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple hiring projects or initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to set and manage priorities independently.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, build buy-in, and partner effectively with stakeholders.

  • Ability to gather, analyze, and present data to various audiences in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, transformative, and growth-oriented environment.
