Description:
Missile and Fire Control's Integrated Air Missile Defense (IAMD) Advanced Programs is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to support the development testing of a missile subsystem re-design using existing Test Stations.
Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products.
You will play a key role in providing technical support for all phases of testing.

What You Will Be Doing:
As the Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for working in the laboratory onsite:
•Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans and procedures
•Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
•Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for program hardware
•Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing
•Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing test equipment
•Prepare for and Support Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and final reports/presentations

Required Experience:
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM discipline with 5 years of professional experience.
•3 years experience with common lab equipment: Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies
•3 years experience with Microsoft Office applications
•3 years experience with Electronic Testing
•3 years experience with User Acceptance Testing
•3 years experience with Electrical Troubleshooting
•3 years experience with Mechanical/Electrical Concepts
•3 years experience writing technical documents and end-user documentation
•3 years experience with Evaluating Technical Reports
•1 years experience with Engineering Design Principles

Desired Skills:
•Ability to analyze complex designs & create test solutions that optimize quality/cost/schedule variables.
•Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and able to communicate effectively with external customer and internal leadership about technical status/issues.
•Familiar with uncommon lab equipment: pressure and vacuum chambers, optical measurement equipment
•Foundational knowledge of troubleshooting analog and digital electronics
•Experienced writing skills for Test Plans, Test Procedures and Test Reports.

Active Secret Clearance is required to start.
