Work Schedule
- Sunday-Wednesday: 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Competitive Pay: $19/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, move, stack, stage, and count products and materials using a forklift.
- Maintain cleanliness in the greenhouse and warehouse, including floors and garbage bins.
- Ensure all product handling follows strict contamination prevention protocols.
- Transfer waste to outdoor garbage bins, managing compost and garbage efficiently.
- Unload inbound shipments safely and organize products in storage locations accurately.
- Perform minor maintenance on forklifts and other equipment.
- Keep walkways clear of debris to prevent accidents.
- Provide packing lines with the correct produce from inventory.
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in quantity and type.
- Maintain records for tight inventory control.
- Assist during greenhouse cleanout season as needed.
Qualifications
- Completion of forklift training is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations.
- Attentive, logical thinker with excellent communication and listening skills.
Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment may vary in temperature.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and climb in and out of a forklift for 8-15 hours.
