Job Summary
We’re hiring Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Salem, NH. In this role, you’ll assemble transmission components, use hand/air tools, and follow detailed instructions to ensure high-quality production. Responsibilities
- Assemble transmission units following written instructions
- Receive, prep, and organize incoming transmission cores
- Use hand tools and air tools to build components
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and safety standards
- Meet production timelines and support general shop tasks
Requirements
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience (required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the full shift
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Reliable with good time-management skills
- Safety-focused and quality-driven
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required
