POSITION SUMMARY
Performs production activities including but not limited to ensuring quality products, maintaining collator chain, and sorting damaged products from finished goods
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Percentage of time
25% Review specifications and set up equipment for collator
25% Count products and/or materials; mark and label containers, container tags, or products.
25% Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, and orders; inspects products; replace damaged product; separate and package finished products
25% Performs general manual labor tasks including to but not limited to loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual
  • 1 year comparable experience
License/Certifications
  • N/A
Preferred Qualifications
  • HS Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA's)
  • Possess strong personal and professional skills
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd shifts
  • Ability to work in temperature conditions between 35 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit; may occasionally exceed 95 degrees Fahrenheit
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Regularly required to stand; use hands and fingers in a repetitive motion. Frequently required to stand, walk and reach above the head. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl and talk or hear. The employee is required to lift a minimum of ten (10) lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office levels to loud factory / warehouse levels.
