Scheduling Coordinator Assistant
Work Schedule:

2-3-2 day shift schedule (alternating weekends required)

Manager will ensure 40 hours per week; flexibility to work over 8 hours/day may be needed

Day shift (approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
ITAR Requirement:
This is an ITAR-compliant facility. All candidates must meet DOD/ITAR requirements and be U.S. citizens or nationals.
Key Skill Requirement:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. The role requires a highly organized, structured, and detail-focused individual who thrives in a mechanical, process-driven environment.
Position Overview
The Scheduling Coordinator Assistant supports the Operations team by performing administrative and scheduling-related tasks. This role helps maintain accurate scheduling data, supports daily workflow, and ensures clear communication of schedule updates across the team.
Key Responsibilities

Process and document employee time-off requests.

Input schedule updates as directed by the Scheduling Coordinator.

Maintain accurate records of employee hours, attendance, and schedule changes.

Assist in preparing and distributing schedules to employees.

Post available overtime opportunities and track employee responses.

Update scheduling boards or digital scheduling tools.

Provide administrative support in resolving scheduling conflicts.

Generate basic reports and summaries for the Scheduling Coordinator.

Communicate schedule adjustments to team members as directed.
Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic functions).

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work a 2-3-2 rotating weekend shift schedule.
