Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual — Paycom Experience Required)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site)

Pay:$75,000/year

A growing multi-location marketing logistics company is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support roughly 300 employees and help strengthen the employee experience across several sites. This position plays a key role in recruiting, employee relations, and compliance.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish — must have.
  • Hands-on experience with Paycom — must have.
  • Must reside in the Phoenix metro area.
  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience supporting multiple HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Occasional travel as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee core HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and compliance training.
  • Manage full-cycle hiring: posting, interviewing, onboarding, and I-9 verification.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to managers on policies, corrective actions, and employee investigations.
  • Administer FMLA, ADA, and other leaves; maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Monitor employment law updates and ensure consistent application of HR best practices.
  • Serve as an HRIS administrator using Paycom to manage workflows, data, and reporting.
