Job Description

As a Senior Procurement Buyer here at ***, you will be responsible for all aspects related to the purchase of Direct and Indirect Capital purchases. You will be proficient with electronic purchasing systems, negotiating with suppliers, and analyzing total costs and will protect the Company's interests by reviewing and utilizing appropriate contract terms and conditions and contract templates. Negotiate directly with suppliers; complete in-depth price analyses, develop formal negotiation plans; and resolve exceptions to terms and conditions. The Buyer thoroughly understands and adheres to *** sourcing policies/procedures and Code of Conduct. Effectively interacts with multiple departments at all levels of internal and external organizations and professionally resolves problems in a fair and ethical manner.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

Travel, up to 10%, may be expected.
US PERSON REQUIREMENT

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

YOU MUST HAVE
• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years of procurement experience in goods and services buying
• Ability to read, write and speak English

• Direct negotiation experience

• Good organizational - ability to prioritize and do problem solving
