Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and intellectually curious Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to manage and optimize the entire AR lifecycle. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health of the organization and serves as a key point of quality control for accounting. Key Responsibilities
Financial Accuracy

Identify and submit posting corrections.

Investigate and resolve cash application discrepancies using detailed reporting and analysis.
Dispute Management

Promptly research and resolve customer discrepancies, billing issues, and payment disputes.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
Collections Strategy

Analyze and manage the accounts receivable aging report to identify trends and mitigate collection risks.

Recommend strategies to improve overall collection performance and reduce aging.
Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and present regular reports on AR performance, aging analysis, and collection forecasts.

Provide actionable insights to finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Process Optimization

Partner with Business Development, Alliance Management, and Project Management teams to address client issues.

Streamline the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle and elevate operational efficiency.
Compliance & Month-End Support

Perform AR reconciliations and aging reviews as part of the month-end close process.

Ensure strict adherence to company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
Innovation

Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced workflows within the AR function.

Lead or support implementation of approved improvements.
Required Experience & Skills
Professional Experience
-
5–10 years of experience in data and financial analytics.

Experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or Healthcare sector strongly preferred.
