About the Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to maintain, develop, and optimize manufacturing systems while balancing quality, efficiency, and cost. This role is hands-on and strategic, providing opportunities to enhance processes, reduce lead times, and drive measurable improvements across production operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that increase efficiency, support safety standards, and foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)

4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Proficiency with CAD software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Key Responsibilities
Process & Systems Development:
-
Design, test, and improve manufacturing systems, including automation, material handling, tooling, fixtures, and testing equipment.

Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
Standardization & Compliance:
-
Develop, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

Ensure processes comply with applicable regulations and standards.
Collaboration & Vendor Management:

Work with vendors to determine specifications, purchase equipment or materials, and evaluate quality.

Collaborate with management, engineering, and production teams to align manufacturing capabilities with schedules and demand.
Data & Performance Analysis:

Apply statistical methods to forecast production needs and assess capacity requirements.

Track efficiency and productivity metrics, conduct audits, and recommend improvements.
Training & Documentation:

Conduct training sessions and assessments for employees.

Document current and ideal practices and ensure improvements are sustained.
Technical Skills:

Utilize 3D CAD for design and commissioning of tooling and fixtures.
Support multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Work Environment
This role is primarily on-site and requires regular collaboration with production and engineering teams. Candidates must be punctual, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and work cooperatively with colleagues, vendors, and leadership.
