Manufacturing Production Planner (& Analytics)
Salary: $75,000- 85,000
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Tulsa, OK

What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field

2–3 years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain role

Experience with production planning software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Strong Excel skills; Power BI highly preferred

Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to solve operational problems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What You’ll Do

Build and maintain production schedules to meet demand and capacity.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations for timely materials and resources.

Monitor daily production flow and resolve bottlenecks quickly.

Analyze labor hours, machine capacity, and throughput to optimize efficiency.

Use Excel and Power BI to track performance and report on key metrics.

Forecast production costs and suggest process improvements.

Collaborate across teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
