Manufacturing Engineer
We’re looking for an innovative and detail-driven Manufacturing Engineer to support the development, optimization, and operation of manufacturing systems that deliver high-quality products efficiently and safely.
This role focuses on improving processes, reducing costs, and implementing engineering solutions that drive productivity and performance across the production floor.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, establish, test, and improve manufacturing systems and methods, including automation and process optimization
- Design and implement tooling, fixtures, jigs, and testing equipment using 3D CAD from concept through commissioning
- Ensure standard operating procedures are current, effective, and aligned with safety, quality, and efficiency goals
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to align capabilities, schedules, and technical requirements
- Partner with vendors to evaluate and source equipment, materials, and components that meet specifications and quality standards
- Apply statistical and analytical methods to forecast manufacturing requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
- Plan workflows, staffing, and equipment layouts to optimize production efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Assess capacity and resources to meet customer demand while maintaining cost efficiency
- Track and analyze metrics for efficiency, quality, and productivity, driving continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards
- Conduct training, documentation, and post-project audits to sustain improvements
What You Bring
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in process improvement, automation, and production systems design
- Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for process efficiency and cost control
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on systems or process improvement
