What You’ll Do

Keep operations running at peak performance by analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical systems to maintain process efficiency.

Dive deep into technical challenges — interpret and analyze complex system specifications to ensure reliability and optimal performance.

Take a proactive approach to maintenance — perform corrective, preventive, and predictive tasks to identify issues before they happen.

Sharpen your troubleshooting expertise through hands-on problem-solving, developing systematic methods to prevent equipment failures.

Collaborate with a skilled team of technicians and operators to install, maintain, and optimize equipment for maximum uptime and performance.

Partner with machine operators to understand equipment behavior, diagnose malfunctions, and verify repairs for continuous improvement.

Champion workplace safety by adhering to all operational and regulatory safety standards.

Contribute to a clean, efficient workspace — support housekeeping and sanitation efforts and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

What You’ll Bring

3–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing or maintenance environment.

Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following: industrial electrical, mechanical repair, welding, millwright, plumbing/pipefitting, machining, or sheet metal fabrication.

Strong technical understanding of electrical/electronic systems, 3-phase motors, and fluid power systems.

Welding certification — particularly with a focus on sanitary welding — is highly desirable.
