Key Responsibilities

  • Package and prepare precision-equipment for domestic and international shipment, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Process outgoing shipments, including those containing hazardous materials, in compliance with all regulations.

  • Accurately manage shipping and inventory documentation using internal systems and software tools.

  • Verify correct parts, quantities, and packaging requirements for each order.

  • Support inventory control through routine cycle counts and stock management.

  • Assemble product kits and materials to meet both customer and internal specifications.

  • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment.

  • Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and customers to monitor shipments and resolve logistics inquiries.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or laboratory environment.

  • Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and QuickBooks systems is a plus.

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proven reliability and exceptional attention to detail in handling complex or high-value products.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced work setting.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 60 lbs.

  • Desire to grow long-term within a technology-focused, innovation-driven company.
